“ The tacona cantina is a real jem. Their menu is not it is not 100% gluten-free but is predominantly gluten free. The entrees are not the standard Mexican fair they're actually relatively creative and extremely healthy. The staff were amazingly friendly and attentive. I had the kale quinoa salad. And my wife had the Birtia tacos. We were both delighted we shared the street corn and it was also amazing. I'm really happy to have found this place. My wife and I will be returning. ”

“ The tacos were fresh and very good. A little on the pricey side. I believe they were around $5+ depending on which type you got. To be fair, I think Taco prices everywhere are getting really steep. I like that they offer Tepache cans as a drink. The girl at the counter was friendly and even came by to make sure everything was good and helped clear our trays, even though this was not a typical waiter/server type of restaurant. I would go again. This place shows promise. ”

“ This restaurant had creative, unique Mexican cuisine that is mostly gluten free. My wife had the Birria Bowl and it is pure comfort food. I had the special Watermelon salad that was had elements of the Luchador Salad and Cobb Salad. Service is very friendly and helpful. Love the Luchador style. ”

I’m so glad we checked, because we hadn’t, and Taconah absolutely deserve another. Every drink is perfect, every dish is fresh, and the entire restaurant remains as spotless as it was on opening day. The staff is always kind, pleasant, attentive, and quick. Nothing made me happier tonight than seeing people slowly trickle in. This time of year can be tough for small businesses — a mix of slow days and busy ones so I genuinely hope our community continues to support this gem!!! The jackfruit bowl was fresh and full of flavor, the nachos were perfectly loaded, and the tequila selection was top-tier. On top of that, the servers were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. It was nice that they had really solid vegan/vegetarian options as well.
